Has anybody ever made a sola paneled heater system for the garage, I was thinking on the lines of the old fashioned paraffin heaters that sat under cars. In this instance possibly a low voltage greenhouse style heater tube sitting under a covered car. As an option I did look at the Airchamber systems, there are several systems but at around £600 each they are a lot of money.

Re: Sola heating
if you go to Youtube.com, there are many people there from all over the world who invent ways to power things
from the sun.
A related example is this guy from India who is always inventing ways to power lights using Magnets, Spark Plugs, and
Speakers. ( yes, through the magnets on speakers ).
when I go camping, my most important equipment is a Table or Floor FAN. The way I power it is with a fully
charged car battery, connecting to it a Power Inverter ( 12 volts to 120 volts ), and connecting the fan to the inverter.
I get at least 5 hours of power before the battery falls below 12 volts and the inverter starts beeping.
So now I take two fully charged batteries and a battery charger.

Camping with a floor fan ?????
The five hours of battery power you get does that include running your hair drier and recharging your electric toothbrush! lol.
