Huh! My non concours 15" bespoke shallow dish steering wheel arrived from Italy. Understand just 4 of these made. For everyday use. (excuse rotten pic)

Will fit with Moto Lita hub ~ Might substitute Jaguar Coventry horn push.

I have two of those cloissóne Jaguar emblems and they suck. They are too tiny for the horn push.

Back in the 1990s I purchased a Momo steering wheel for my XJ and it came with three emblem inserts for the horn push, one a Growler, one a Leaper, and another with the Momo Italy logo. They fit perfectly in the horn push. Superb high quality emblems.

I use the Growler emblem in my S type, the Leaper in my XJ, and the Momo logo one in another Momo steering wheel I am restoring.

When Ford took over Jaguat, they started prohibiting firms like Momo and Nardi from using Jaguar logos, sending them letters of "cease and desist". Ford ruined the aftermarket accessory business, at least for Jaguar accessories.

Yes I agree but if it's good enough for Ian Callum ~ it might have to be good enough for me. Otherwise I might do a special.

This is a very nice job that I might copy & anodise black. I don't like Derrington wheels but I like this custom hornpush.

the emblem looks like the original steering wheel's emblem. A lot better

Finishing off underbody ~ the not so pretty side ~ Pics during work in progress ~ lots to do. Checking all torques, fitting all split pins & wiring of bolts, locking all tabs & washers, harness tidy up, mounting & cleaning up pipework ~ removing zip ties, paintwork touch up, final exhaust alignment, fitting new grease nipples & greasing with long life polyurea grease, checking all fluid levels, a few final dents removed etc. etc. & the list goes on. Underside correct ~ body colour over schutz/stonechip.

After this a full underbody wash & clean was done. Guess what? We forgot to take a photograph LOL! I will photograph when she is next on a hoist.

Having big trouble uploading pics ~ will complete over time as we made progress underneath.
