I'm not into US cars but lucky man with the Aston. My favourite brand. They are beautifully styled. I wanted to restore a DB6 MkII but could not find one so I did the S Type. My daily driver is a Benz Coupe 3.5 litre Quadcam with very little mileage on it. I nearly bought the V8 version but at our petrol prices decided at my age it would bring out the hooligan in me and not be wise. People are always trying to buy my Aston book collection but they are not for sale. A Guy from the US offered me $5000 for the twin set of Aston racing books & I said NO :D
1965 Jaguar 3.8 S Type, Sync4, OD, PAS, BRG/Biscuit on chrome wires.

Keep your collection if you don't need to sell it ;)
Since I remember I knew that I wanted An Aston.. At 50 it was the moment (before I'm to old to get in and out  ) . My favourite choice had be the first DBS (NP), Possible for the price of the DB9 and the Corvette together, but I wanted to be sure that one at least don't smell oil and fuel, in order to get my wife in for drives, that's why the choice of the latest DB9. But I'm not US cars either, now I'm sure, this is why I sell it to go 100% to UK cars :D , and again to my first raisonable love: Jaguar.
