If it is the British Lynx Engineering they are the ones that take a really nice XJS and turn it in to a Hearse looking estate car.

Although it looks good we have talked about the drawback of having vents in the bonnet that allow water to sit in the spark plug channel. We have talked about bastardising the rear wheel arch and to fitting after market seats. These seats actually look good in the back but the front seats when you look at the profile photo look it is as though the driver looks through the rear side window when ever he comes to a T junction before pulling out. Wood looks nice but no photo of the engine bay.
As you said Glyn a bit ambitious at 79500 Euros which is nearly £69000 when an average S Type is around £15000 and a really good one might only fetch £30000. This is obviously a bespoke built car and the owner who spent a lot of money having had it built is trying to get his money back when he sells it. Don't think that is going to happen but you never know.

Interesting!
We've written about this car in past Newsletters:
Vol 6, No. 10 covered its appearance on the Blue Peter TV programme.
Vol, 9, No. 1 has a full road test by Jaguar World magazine.
Cheers,
David
