The chap in the drawing looks pretty anxious, doesn't he?Not my idea of fun!
Here's a couple of pix of GUV's engine and gearbox removal, December 1983. That's me in the period blue parka and my dad in charge. Looks like we'd already removed the sump for some reason; diagnosis, probably.

That's certainly true. I'm very attached to this one.I think your long family relationship/association with GUV must be very special. I become quite attached to cars.
