Showing my car to the public

Post by John Quilter »

One of my local car clubs has staged an indoor car show in a local regional mall on Father's Day Weekend since 1969. This year I signed up my S Type and placed it in the mall for the 3 days event. Previously have shown my Morris Minor, Austin America and MGTD, It was the Jaguar's turn this year, Twenty one cars are on display mostly American from the 1940s to the 1970s.

And this white one does not look so good here in my town. A victim of too many years in the UK where salt on the roads is still legal! Looks to be a 3.4 Automatic. Not my listing and not going to be my project!

Pointless trying to restore that one as it is far to far gone. Not even worth the $700 they are asking for as a parts car.
