anybody know what is the measurement of the square hole for the side lights.

I have never measured them, but I am going to guess 1/4" inch by 1/4" inch.

Thanks Jose, I have just ordered some square plastic clips for a hole size 8mm square. the thread Dia of the fixing screws is 1/8" Dia so yes a 1/4" sounds about right.

Here is a Lucas 5WFT Fogranger rearmount for comparison. The S Type does not use Fograngers unfortunately because they are back in production. They are only partially sunken on a Mk2. Not fully incorporated with eyebrow as on the S Type.
