On the same subject, does anyone use the drain hoses on the air intake? Do I need them?

Perfect......thanks for the info and I HAVE one of those brackets. It is in a box somewhere. Should be easy to find. I also have the rubber connections. Got them from SNG years ago. Great tip Rob on sanding the inner connection...thanks.

Hello Everyone, My Air Intake and Air Cleaner were ceramic coated and the ceramic coating is now interfering with the connection between the Air Intake and the Air Cleaner End Plate.
