I had all my spring rates reset by the original manufacturer for SA built cars. I have no packing pieces & ride height is perfect side to side. All they did was make up for various spring rate variances.

Sensible solution.

Sounds most sensible if they know they have streaming drop outs.

Jaguar glued the trim to the rubber originally to stop it blowing off at speed. Same goes for the front windscreen. Sadly the the recommended Bostik product has gone the way of the Dodo. Loctite 480 does a fine job with lots of tape to hold things in place while the Loctite cures fully. at least 24 ...

My experience of Loctite products is they do as they say they will. Even glued my chrome trim to the rear window rubber with Loctite 480. It glues into a channel in the rubber glass side but caps over rubber body side. An evil Job. on an S Type.

Sorry I'm being lazy. Which O Ring? Have not had a problem personally.

Warning ~ Fuse values Remember that Lucas fuse values of 35 & 50 amp etc are old British 1 second blow standard. Fuses you buy today unless you order specially are American Carry Current rating. In modern fuse values you should select a fuse of approx half the value of the Lucas rating shown in ...
