Hi,
This week I did one of the latest jobs on my S-type. Fitting the chrome strips on the rear screen.
After the replacement of the head gasket, flushing the engine block replacing a refurbished radiator, stainless exhaust system, new carpets, solve steering problem, etc …
the chrome strips were hanging on the wall to remind me "don't forget us".
Well with the help of the explanation of Rob (cass3958) see item rear screen chrome fitting I decided this week to do it.
After all it was less difficult as expected. Using the right glue and lot of masking tape (and patient) I succeeded.
Now the S-type is more or less finished I hope to drive it in England soon when the Corona crisis is over. I'm eager to cross the border (even Begium isn't allowed for a petrol visit

).
Regards,
Harrie
