Good idea. You generally only see your own car stationery and parked up.

The JEC emailed round a link to a video of the Blenheim event that someone has spent many many hours compiling. The video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TiDAGeCux4

Here are a couple of screen grabs. Firstly, here's Nigel arriving:

And here's Nigel gingerly parking without rolling backwards down into the lake. Yours truly waiting in the queue to park:

Welcome to the forum Barrie,
sorry I didn’t get round to meeting you at Blenheim.

You will have to come up to Ryton, Coventry on the 1st of June for the 60th anniversary meeting for the Mk2 Jaguar. Several of us are attending and the more the merrier. This is a link to the thread. http://www.jagstyperegister.com/forum_n ... ?f=1&t=196

Hi all
Many thanks to you all for your speedy helpful responses. I’m pretty sure Steve Camp’s dad must have also fitted my original Webasto roof as it was supplied in 1965 by Henley’s London.
I have the hinge fittings which are screwed to the roof but not the actual plastic visor or the chrome screws to fasten it on.

I’ll get in touch with Steve but thanks again all, sorry I didn’t get round to meeting you at Blenheim.
Barrie

Hi Barrie.
Welcome to the S type register, I have a Webasto roof on my S type, unfortunately the front wind shield is covered up with plywood as the car is undergoing a re-spray at present. The sun roof cover & runners have been removed as they are being renewed and or checked over by The Trimming Centre once the car is finished. If you want any photo's let me know as once the car is back home and I can sent them through.
Steve Camp the owner of the Trimming Centre he is the guy to talk to about Webasto sunshine roofs they have been fitting them for over 55 years, in fact his father fitted mine in 1965 as they fitted all Henley Jaguars in London. There website as follows:

Hi Barrie it was a pleasure meeting you and looking at your car, I hope you can sort out the air flap. If there is anything we can advise on just put out a shout and I'm sure one of us should be able to help. - Nigel.

Hi Barrie and welcome to the forum. I took a couple of pix of the other webasto car. Here are some zooms/crops, in case they help in your search.

It does look a bit like the deflector shown in this post, which is for a Britax Weathershield sunroof: https://www.minicooper.org/help-in-usin ... ost-12618/.

Hi Nigel. Pleased to meet you at Blenheim and thanks for posting the super photos. Wish I’d spotted the one with the deflector on his Webasto (mine was the black GRX200C) so I could see what I’m looking for.
I was weary too after 280 miles, the car is really comfortable but it’s the wind noise at 70mph which is wearing, but the car behaved superbly.

Thanks for, that Glyn, I checked the oil level this morning and it hasn't moved from leaving home yesterday after doing 170 miles so hopefully everything is ok.
